How it works
From first conversation to care delivered.
A Saddle Health partnership is a private, B2B engagement, paid directly from your budget with no payer involved. The contract sits with your organization; here's how we get from scoping to delivery and reporting.
The process
Five steps from first call to first visit.
- 1
Scoping & proposal
We meet your partnerships, clinical, and procurement stakeholders to understand the population, geography, protocol or program requirements, and what you need the care to accomplish, then return a tailored proposal and statement of work.
- 2
Contract & compliance
We execute a private master services agreement and any required addenda (BAA, data-handling, protocol-specific terms), paid directly from your budget. The contract is held with your organization; patients are never a party to it and no payer is involved.
- 3
Onboarding & enablement
We build care pathways to your specifications, credential and train the care team, configure data and reporting flows, and align escalation and points of contact before the first visit.
- 4
Care delivery
Consistent clinical teams deliver care to your people wherever they are, from prevention through recovery, coordinating back to their physicians, your program, and families.
- 5
Reporting & review
You receive privacy-safe operational and outcome reporting on an agreed cadence, plus periodic business reviews to refine scope and demonstrate the program's value.
