Organizations are responsible for people's health, then left without a way to deliver or even see the care those people need. Saddle Health exists to close that gap. We bring a credentialed clinical team to the people our partners are responsible for, across prevention, assessment, and recovery, and report back to the people on the hook for the outcome.
Saddle Health was founded by clinicians and operators who kept seeing the same gap. Real clinical care delivered where people live and work, not in a clinic, was either hard to find done well or impossible to contract at scale.
So we built Saddle Health as a private, B2B practice from the start: one partner an organization can contract with, and a credentialed clinical team behind it.

Single contract
The organization holds one agreement. We handle the patients, scheduling, care, and billing directly.
Documented care
Every visit is recorded and reported to the contracting organization on an agreed cadence.
Credentialed clinicians
Clinicians are licensed, credentialed, and verified before they deliver care.
Private contract only
We're paid directly by the organization. We never bill insurance or any payer, and patients hold no contract with us.
