Compliance
What we do before we touch a patient.
The standards your legal, security, and procurement teams will ask about, documented and ready before any care begins.
How we operate
Our compliance pillars.
HIPAA & privacy
We operate as a HIPAA-covered partner. Access to PHI is least-privilege and logged; data is encrypted in transit and at rest; and we execute a Business Associate Agreement with each contracting organization.
Data handling & residency
Clinical and trial data flow only through agreed, secured systems. We align to your data-handling, residency, and retention requirements, and to protocol-specific data terms for trials.
Credentialing & licensure
Clinicians are verified for active licensure, certifications, and background checks before delivering care, with primary-source verification and periodic re-credentialing.
Quality management
A documented quality program covers clinical protocols, supervisory oversight, competency assessment, incident management, and corrective action.
Trial & specimen integrity
For clinical trials, we follow Good Clinical Practice expectations for protocol adherence, source documentation, specimen handling, and chain of custody.
Security practices
Administrative, physical, and technical safeguards protect the systems care runs on: access controls, device management, and workforce security training.
Common questions
What partners ask us.
- Can you support a sponsor or regulatory audit?
- Yes. All visits are documented to be audit-ready, and we support partner monitoring and sponsor or regulatory audits.
- How does billing work?
- Saddle Health works on private contract only. The contracting organization pays us directly from its own budget. We never bill insurance or any payer, and patients are never billed and hold no contract with us.
